PREFERENCE FOR SHORT CIRCUITS

Using its expertise, Herbal T  always sources plants of French origin first whenever it is possible.

For example, we source 2 of our major plants from organic sources in Auvergne and Pays de Loire.

CONTROLLED, SUSTAINABLE SUPPLY CHAINS

Other raw materials come from rigorously selected European suppliers, complying to strict specifications guaranteeing respect for human and environmental values (RFA certification, CSR policy, etc.).

The plant supply chain guarantees full traceability from the field to the finished product.

SUPPLIES OF ORGANIC PLANTS

In line with the growing demand from our customers, we supply our plants according to organic farming standards. ECOCERT certification secures the supply of plants from environmentally-friendly organic farming. Our suppliers do not use synthetic inputs, some of which are very energy-intensive (especially synthetic nitrogen fertilizers).

A long-term, win-win relationship with our suppliers

Since 2015, our group has been supporting a dozen French producers partners in the very early stages of their production.

We supply them with the seeds of a dozen targeted plants.

The cultivation techniques developed by our project team, and rigorously implemented by the selected farmers, ensure high-quality plants harvesting with controlled characteristics, specifically in terms of active ingredient content.

This type of qualitative approach enables our suppliers to significantly improve their income, while at the same time protecting and securing high-quality raw materials supplies for Herbal T, in line with the requirements of our target markets.
